Ya está aquí la III Edición de Iberodocs 2016, el festival de cine documental iberoamericano de Escocia

Ayer, martes 20 de abril, se presentó en Edimburgo la tercera edición de Iberodocs, el primer festival de cine documental iberoamericano con sede en Escocia.
Nace en Londres nuevo espacio para jóvenes artistas españoles y latinoamericanos, la galería online de Carolina Badas; un proyecto muy valiente que apuesta por el arte en conjunto con las nuevas tecnologías y el eCommerce.
Una escueta escenografía en blanco y negro y objetos tan simples como una silla y dos formas truncadas, fueron suficiente marco para que la compañía brasileira Café Cachorro ensimismara a la selecta audiencia del festival que en su debut, abarrotaba la sala. ‘Neverwhere Beckett‘ presenta una recreación del mundo del Nobel irlandés, Samuel Beckett, uno de los padres del teatro del absurdo surgido en los años 50 como reacción a los conceptos tradicionales del teatro occidental y el rechazo del teatro realista existente. Con el teatro del absurdo se intentaba dar una visión negativa de la sociedad, propagando lo intranscendente de la existencia.

El pasado 25 de junio se inauguraba en la galería MYA de Londres la exposición ‘Entre Muros’ que recoge las obras de un grupo de artistas urbanos latinoamericanos, poniendo el foco en este movimiento que está creciendo cada día más en América Latina.
